January 2024 Call of Duty: Mobile Patch Introduces the Game’s First Female Mythic Character
Garena has announced the first Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM) patch for January 2024, bringing a major update that includes the introduction of a brand-new character.
The highlight of this update is Siren – Siren Song, the first-ever female Mythic character in Call of Duty: Mobile.
According to Garena’s official statement on Sunday (January 7, 2024), Siren – Siren Song will arrive with extensive customization options that allow players to personalize her appearance.
For example, players can choose from nine different color combinations, making it possible to create a unique look that stands out from other characters.
Players can also upgrade Siren – Siren Song using the A-3: Arm Modification, unlocking exclusive underwater-themed animations. In this animation, enemies are lifted by a surge of water and then vanish without a trace.
The Mythic character Siren – Siren Song also features special animations and exclusive skins in both Multiplayer and Battle Royale modes.
In Multiplayer mode, Garena confirms that Siren will have a Skillset Variant Skin for the Operator Skill Misdirection.
This ability emits sound waves that mask her footsteps, making it harder for enemies to detect her movements. She also features special animations when entering the lobby, starting a match, and during MVP moments.
In Battle Royale, Siren comes with several unique features, including a Lootbox Variant that transforms in-game lootboxes into an ocean-themed design. The Transport Plane will also receive a new modern look, appearing in sleek white with Siren-themed visuals.
This Mythic character debuts in the game starting January 6, 2024, alongside the new Legendary weapon BK57 – Spectral Song, available through the Siren’s Song Mythic Drop Lucky Draw.
